We specialize in working with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and ADHD, offering personalized therapy tailored to each client’s needs, goals, and life experiences. My Approach
My approach to therapy is collaborative, strengths-based, and grounded in evidence-based practices. I draw from a range of therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused CBT, Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), DBT skills, and play-based techniques to meet each client where they are.
